How old is your 3rd daughter?  I biked at Chabot one time a while back.  I remember West Shore & East Shore were basically flat; however, Live Oak trail was a bit of steep climb.  My friend who took us there got us lost so we ended up coming down Columbine trail which is not open to bike, so I am not sure how Brandon and Golden Road trail are though.
